双合金工艺对烧结钕铁硼磁体性能的影响

摘要 为进一步提升钕铁硼磁体材料的性能,提升企业的竞争力,在对钕铁硼制备工艺研究的基础上,详细分析了钕铁硼磁体材料双合金制备工艺中的关键工序及其功能,重点对比了氢爆工艺与传统工艺对所制得合金粉末的影响,对比不同烧结温度下制备所得钕铁硼磁体材料的磁性能。实验成果可指导钕铁硼磁体材料的实际制备。 In order to further improve the performance of Nd-Fe-B magnet materials and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,on the basis of the research on the preparation process of Nd-Fe-B magnet materials,the key processes and functions in the preparation process of Nd-Fe-B double alloy magnet materials were analyzed in detail,and the effects of hydrogen explosion process and traditional process on the prepared alloy powder were compared,as well as the magnetic properties of Nd-Fe-B magnet materials prepared at different sintering temperatures.The experimental results can guide the practical preparation of NdFeB magnet materials.
