摘要
为降低西部原油管道运行能耗,采用综合分析方法,从配泵、加减阻剂、清管、输油泵最优工况、输油方式、输油泵机组调整等方面入手,开展相关试验研究。结果表明,鄯兰线支线注入时可为注入点增压0.3~0.5 MPa,通过调整上下游配泵节约电能,在油品切换输送时合理控制各点压力分布能减少不必要的能耗损失,利用上游余压实施阿独乌鄯密闭输送工艺或乌鲁木齐站在线掺混输送工艺时,停单台给油泵每日可节电0.35×10^(4)k Wh;乌鄯线添加减阻剂输送时节能增输效果明显;得出鄯兰线各管段清管规律可以有效降低管道摩阻,以玉门-张掖管段为例,通过采取合理清管方案,百公里摩阻可降至1.05 MPa;通过绘制泵实际特性曲线,在1 800~2 000 m^(3)/h时泵效最高,2 100 m^(3)/h输量以下时采用小叶轮泵,生产单耗较低;根据输油计划,采用平均输量运行方式时能耗最低;实施输油泵调整方案,以托托站为研究对象,日节电为8 488 kWh。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of western crude oil pipeline transportation,the comprehensive analysis method is adopted to carry out relevant experimental research from the aspects of distribution pump,drag reducer,pigging,optimal working condition of oil pump,oil transportation mode and adjustment of oil delivery pumps. The results show that the branch line of Shanlan line can be increased the pressure at the injection point by 0.3~0.5 MPa when injected. The electric energy can be saved by adjusting the upstream and downstream pumps,and the unnecessary energy loss can be reduced by reasonably controlling the pressure distribution at each point when the oil is switched and transported.When the upstream residual pressure is used to implement the closed conveying process of Ado-Ushan or the online blending and conveying process of Urumqi station,stopping a single feeding oil pump can be saved 0.35×10^(4)kWh of electricity per day.The effect of energy conservation and transmission increasing is obvious when adding drag reducer in Wushan line. It is concluded that the pigging rule of each pipeline section of Shanlan line can be effectively reduced the pipeline friction.Taking Yumen-Zhangye pipeline section as an example,the 100 km friction can be reduced to 1.05 MPa by adopting a reasonable pigging scheme.By drawing the actual characteristic curve of the pump,the highest pump efficiency is achieved at 1 800~2 000 m^(3)/h and the lower production unit consumption is achieved by using small impeller pumps below 2100 m^(3)/h transmission volume.According to the oil transportation plan,the lowest energy consumption is achieved when the average transmission operation mode is used. The adjustment scheme of oil delivery pumps is implemented,taking Tuotuo station as the research object,and the daily power saving is 8 488 kWh.
