数控下料误差对塔架法兰平面度的影响及控制 被引量:1

摘要 在风电塔架制造中,塔架法兰平面度是非常重要的一个技术指标。针对下料尺寸影响塔架法兰平面度的问题,通过对风电塔架筒体下料误差展开图的比较、分析,总结塔架筒体下料尺寸与法兰平面度之间的内在联系,提出通过数控编程、采用高精度数控切割机等一系列措施,严格控制数控下料误差标准,从而有效解决塔架法兰平面度超标问题。 In the manufacture of wind power tower, the flatness of tower flange is a very important technical index. Aiming at the problem that the size of the cutting stock affects the planeness of the tower flange, the internal relation between the size of the cutting stock and the planeness of the flange is summarized in this paper through comparing and analyzing the development diagram of the cutting stock error of the wind power tower cylinder. Finally, it shows that the problem of tower fange flatness exceeding the standard can be effectively solved through a series of measures such as NC programming, high precision NC cutting machine and strict control of NC cutting error standard.
