蒸汽相转换法制备ZIF-8膜及其气体分离性能探究

摘要 金属有机骨架ZIF-8具有合适的孔道尺寸、优良的化学稳定性和热稳定性,在气体分离方面有潜在的应用价值.针对工业大孔载体成膜困难、不致密、通量低的问题,本文采用限制性内扩散法在大孔载体内部制备致密的ZIF-8膜,并对其合成机理进行探究,同时探究内扩散时间、晶化温度、溶剂的量等因素对膜分离性能的影响,采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜等技术对膜的形貌和结构进行表征.研究结果表明,以甲醇作为溶剂,使用氧化锌凝胶,内扩散时间为10 s,在170℃晶化时间为10 h时,成功在管状大孔载体孔内制备致密的膜.单组分气体渗透实验结果表明,在25℃和0.1 MPa条件下,H_(2)的渗透速率为5.53×10^(-7)mol/(m^(2)·s·Pa),H_(2)/CO_(2)、H_(2)/N_(2)和H_(2)/CH_(4)的理想选择性分别为13.20、12.96和12.89. In this paper,a dense ZIF-8 membrane was prepared inside the macroporous support by the restricted internal diffusion method,and its synthesis mechanism was explored.The results showed that when methanol was used as the solvent,zinc oxide gel was used,the internal diffusion time was 10 s,and the crystallization time was 10 h at 170℃,dense membranes were successfully prepared in the pores of the tubular macroporous support.The results of single-component gas permeation experiments showed that the permeation rate of H_(2)is 5.53×10^(-7)mol/(m^(2)·s·Pa)at 25℃and 0.1 MPa,and the ideal selectivities of H_(2)/CO_(2),H_(2)/N_(2)and H_(2)/CH_(4)were 13.20,12.96 and 12.89,respectively.
