酵母培养物对奶牛热应激的缓解作用及其可能机制的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 夏季热应激对奶牛机体健康和泌乳性能影响严重,可诱发采食量以及免疫性能降低等机体反应,甚至可导致瘤胃酸中毒以及乳房炎等生理疾病,给奶牛养殖业造成巨大经济损失。酵母培养物作为一种营养调控剂,可以改善瘤胃内环境并修复胃肠道屏障,增强奶牛免疫性能,进而缓解热应激对奶牛机体的损伤。本文综述了酵母培养物对奶牛热应激的缓解作用及其可能机制,为酵母培养物在奶牛生产中的科学应用提供参考和理论依据。 Heat stress seriously affects the health and lactation performance of dairy cows in summer, which can induce body reactions such as reduction of feed intake and immune performance, and even leads to physiological diseases such as rumen acidosis and mastitis, causing huge economic losses to dairy farming industry. As a nutritional regulator, yeast culture can improve the internal environment of the rumen and repair the gastrointestinal barrier, enhance the immune performance and alleviate the damage of heat stress to dairy cows’ organism. This paper reviewed the alleviating effect and possible mechanism of yeast culture on heat stress of dairy cows, providing reference and theoretical basis for the scientific application of yeast culture in dairy production.
