摘要
就业是最大的民生,5月份以来虽然国内疫情防控形势总体向好,国民经济呈现恢复势头,但就业仍然面临挑战。稳就业必须稳经济,国家稳经济大盘系列政策出台后,经济和就业指标向好。当前,为抓住经济恢复的有利时机,促进就业增长,需要继续坚持实施就业优先政策。为此,致公党中央组织开展“坚持实施就业优先政策”调研,从坚持宏观经济政策就业导向、夯实就业之基,强化创新创业带动就业、扩大就业之源,完善公共就业服务体系、拓宽就业之路等三个方面提出意见建议。
Employment is the biggest livelihood of the people. Although the epidemic prevention and control situation in China has been improving on the whole since May, and the national economy has shown a momentum of recovery, employment still faces challenges. Stable employment requires stable economy. After the introduction of a series of policies to stabilize the economic market, the economic and employment indicators have improved. At present, in order to seize the favorable opportunity of economic recovery and promote employment growth, we need to continue to adhere to the employment first policy. To this end, the Central Committee of China Zhi Gong Party organized a survey on "Adhering to the Employment First Policy" and put forward suggestions on three aspects: adhering to the employment orientation of macroeconomic policies, consolidating the foundation of employment;strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship to promote employment, expanding the sources of employment;improving the public employment service system, broadening the path of employment.
