摘要
目的 探究不同温度烘干与传统阴干对款冬花水分及有效成分含量的影响。方法 对不同温度烘干与传统阴干下款冬花药材的水分、款冬酮含量进行对比,应用指纹图谱探究共有峰的峰面积进行主成分分析及相对含量比对。结果 传统阴干样本水分含量较烘干高,不同干燥方式对款冬酮含量影响较小;经主成分分析结果显示,阴干样本与烘干样本间差异具有统计学意义,阴干样本中各有效成分的含量最高,烘干对款冬花中咖啡酰奎宁酸以及黄酮类成分影响大,对倍半萜类有效成分影响小。其中选择55℃烘干对款冬花中主要成分的影响较小。结论 采取传统阴干技术能够在保护款冬花有效成分的同时避免其破坏在临床应用中存在科学依据,但由于款冬花目前规模化生产的现状,需要在保持其有效成分的同时加速生产,尽量下调由于烘干对款冬花成分的影响,因此选择55℃烘干温度最为适宜,可作为款冬花干燥的最优方案。
Objective To explore the effects of drying at different temperatures and traditional drying in the shade on the water content and effective components of Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos).Methods To compare the water content and the content of aspartone in Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos) dried at different temperatures with that dried in the shade and explore the peak area of the common peak by fingerprint and conduct the principal component analysis and relative content comparison.Results The water content of samples dried in the shade was higher than that dried in the oven, and different drying methods had little effect on the content of dromastone.The results of principal component analysis showed that there was a significant difference between dried samples dried in the shade and dried samples in the oven.The content of each effective component in dried samples in the shade was the highest.Drying had a great impact on caffeoylquinic acid and flavonoids in Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos),but a small impact on sesquiterpenoids.The choice of drying at 55 ℃ had little effect on the main components of Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos).Conclusion The traditional drying in the shade technology can protect the effective components of Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos) and avoid the damage in the clinical application of scientific basis, but as due to the present large-scale production of Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos),it needs to step up production while maintaining its effective components, try to cut the influence on the ingredients because of drying, so 55 ℃ drying temperature was mostly appropriate.It can be used as the optimal solution for drying Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos).
