摘要
振冲碎石桩是采用振冲法施工的一种散体材料桩,通过振动挤密、振冲置换、固结排水的作用,以达到改善目标地层的目的。目前国内颁布的规程规范,以及公开的文献中,系统介绍复杂地层振冲碎石桩施工工艺的较少,工程技术人员对复杂地层振冲碎石桩施工质量控制的认识也参差不齐。本文系统介绍了冲击钻引孔工艺、长螺旋钻引孔工艺、潜孔锤引孔工艺、旋挖引孔工艺、液压振冲5种复杂地层振冲碎石桩施工技术,并结合工程实例对5种工艺的优缺点进行了分析,认识如下:引孔工艺是拓展振冲法在复杂地层中应用的重要手段,需要根据现场工程实际分析不同方法的优劣势,工艺选择一定是基于解决穿透、快速成孔、工效和经济性等因素综合考虑确定的;液压振冲器具有高激振力、频率可调的优点,能够穿透绝大多数的砂卵砾石硬夹层,应进一步加强液压振冲调频振冲在地基处理、岩土体共振、地层穿透性方面的研究。本文可为类似工程借鉴参考。
Vibroflotation Gravel Pile is a kind of loose material pile constructed by vibroflotation method.It can improve the target stratum through vibration compaction,vibroflotation replacement,consolidation and drainage.At present,there are few systematic introduction to the construction technology of Vibroflotation Gravel Pile in complex stratum in the regulations and Specifications issued in China and public documents,and the understanding of engineering technicians on the construction quality control of Vibroflotation Gravel Pile in complex stratum is also uneven.This paper systematically introduces five construction technologies of Vibroflotation Gravel Pile in complex strata:percussion drilling technology,long screw drilling technology,DTH hammer technology,rotary excavation technology and hydraulic vibroflotation.Combined with engineering examples,the advantages and disadvantages of the five technologies are analyzed.The understanding is as follows:the hole leading technology is an important means to expand the application of vibroflotation in complex strata,The advantages and disadvantages of different methods need to be analyzed according to the actual situation of the field project.The selection of hole drawing process must be based on the comprehensive consideration of solving the factors such as penetration,rapid hole forming,work efficiency and economy;Hydraulic vibroflotation device has the advantages of high exciting force and adjustable frequency,and can penetrate most of the hard interlayer of sand,gravel and gravel.The research of hydraulic vibroflotation frequency modulation vibroflotation in foundation treatment,rock and soil resonance and stratum permeability should be further strengthened.This paper can be used as a reference for similar projects.
