摘要
在进行振动试验时,因产品种类及用途不同,尺寸大小也不同,试验设备台面尺寸又为固定尺寸,必然会遇到产品工装超出振动台扩展台面的情况,通过简化工装模型建立材料的挠曲方程,结合振动与材料力学的特征,从伸出长度及疲劳损伤两个角度论证了这种大尺寸矩形工装的安全使用范围,并且以常见的转接平板型夹具及锥体形夹具为例,讨论了在工装尺寸超过振动台面时,以上这两种工装的应用情况,以结论的形式确定了安全使用的范围从而为此类情况的出现,提供了有价值的工程数据。
When conducting vibration test,due to different types and uses of products,different sizes,and the size of test equipment table is fixed,it is inevitable that the product tooling exceeds the expanded table of the vibration table.In this article,the bending equation of materials is established by simplifying the tooling model,combined with the characteristics of vibration and material mechanics,the safe use range of this large size rectangular fixture is demonstrated from the perspectives of extension length and fatigue damage.The application of the above two types of fixtures when the size of the fixture exceeds the vibration table is discussed by taking the common adapter plate type fixture and cone type fixture as an example,and the safe use range is determined in the form of a conclusion,thus such a situation occurs,it provides valuable engineering data.
