摘要
目的 探讨在糖尿病患者出院后以延续性干预实施护理,对提高其口服用药依从性的干预意义。方法研究对象是2021年6月—2022年6月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院治疗的糖尿病患者80例,采取随机数表法分组,40例接受常规护理者设为对照组,40例接受延续性护理者设为观察组,比对血糖水平、健康知识掌握度、用药依从性及生活质量间差异。结果 观察组血糖水平低于对照组,观察组健康知识掌握度高于对照组,观察组用药依从性比对照组高,观察组生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 以延续性干预进行护理,可有效提升患者出院后用药依从性及对于疾病知识的了解,利于控制血糖水平及改善预后。
Objective To explore the significance of interventions to improve oral medication adherence in diabetic patients by implementing care with continuation interventions after discharge from hospital.Methods The study population was 80 patients with diabetes mellitus treated at the 910 Hospital of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Joint Logistics and Security Forces from June 2021 to June 2022. The random number table method was adopted to group the 40 cases who received conventional care were set as the control group. 40 cases who received extended care were set as the observation group. The differences in blood glucose level, health knowledge, medication compliance and quality of life were compared.Results The blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the health knowledge mastery of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the medication compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Care with continuous intervention can effectively improve patients’ medication compliance and knowledge of disease after discharge. It is suitable for promotion because it is beneficial to control blood glucose level and improve prognosis.
