摘要
目的探讨EnCor微创手术治疗乳腺脓肿患者的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2018年12月至2021年12月于我院普通外科住院治疗的190例乳腺脓肿患者为研究对象,依据治疗方案的不同将其分为EnCor微创组和传统治疗组,每组95例。EnCor微创组采用EnCor微创手术治疗,传统治疗组采用传统切开引流术治疗。比较两组的手术相关指标、不良反应发生情况及生活质量。结果单腔脓肿患者中,不同脓腔直径EnCor微创组的手术操作时间、出血量、切口长度、瘢痕长度、切口愈合时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及乳房外形满意度评分均优于传统治疗组(P<0.05);脓腔直径<4 cm及4~6 cm分组中,EnCor微创组的治愈率高于传统治疗组(P<0.05)。多腔脓肿患者中,EnCor微创组的手术操作时间、出血量、切口长度、瘢痕长度、切口愈合时间、VAS、乳房外形满意度评分及治愈率均优于传统治疗组(P<0.05)。EnCor微创组的术后不良反应总发生率低于传统治疗组,简明健康状况问卷(SF-36)各项评分均高于传统治疗组(P<0.05)。结论EnCor微创手术治疗乳腺脓肿的效果显著,具有切口愈合时间短、创伤小、术后疼痛轻及美容效果好等优势。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of EnCor minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of patients with breast abscess.Methods A total of 190 patients with breast abscess who were hospitalized in the general surgery department of our hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into EnCor minimally invasive group and traditional treatment group according to different treatment regimens,with95 cases in each group.The EnCor minimally invasive group was treated with EnCor minimally invasive surgery,while the traditional treatment group was treated with traditional surgery of incision and drainage.The operation related indexes,occurrence of adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results In patients with single-cavity abscess,the operation time,blood loss,incision length,scar length,incision healing time,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)and breast shape satisfaction scores in the EnCor minimally invasive group with different diameter of abscess cavity were better than those in the traditional treatment group(P<0.05);in the groups with abscess cavity diameter<4 cm and 4-6 cm,the cure rate in the EnCor minimally invasive group was higher than that in the traditional treatment group(P<0.05).In patients with multi-lumen abscess,the operation time,blood loss,incision length,scar length,incision healing time,VAS,breast shape satisfaction scores and cure rate in the EnCor minimally invasive group were all better than those in the traditional treatment group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the EnCor minimally invasive group was lower than that in the traditional treatment group,the 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores of each item were higher than those in the traditional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion EnCor minimally invasive surgery is effective in the treatment of breast abscess,which has the advantages of short wound healing time,less trauma,less postoperative pain and good cosmetic effect.
