摘要
中国自从脱离帝制走上共和道路后,就面临着如何调整好民族群体与国家对应的问题。中国历史悠久、族群众多,且关系复杂交织,使得这种调整的难度远超一般性国家的常规建设,但终以“多民族统一国家”而塑形,费孝通“中华民族多元一体格局”即其高度的理论概括。当今“中华民族共同体意识”之再强化,乃是国家建设内在诉求与因应世界局势发展的合力所为。以民族群体之间的“共通性”为追求目标进而达到“共同”之境界,促使国家进入文明的高度发展,应当是二者对应关系中的重要内容。
For China,how to deal with the relationship between the ethnic groups and the state became an important issue since it had chosen the republican road instead of imperial mode.China’s long history and complex multi-ethnic relationships made this adjustment much more difficult than the conventional construction of the average country.However,a unified multi-ethnic country was formed eventually,which had been summarized theoretically as“the pattern of pluralistic integration of the Chinese nation”by Fei Xiaotong(费孝通).Nowadays,the re-strengthening of the“sense of Chinese national community”results from the joint effort of the internal demand of national construction and the response to the development of the world situation.It should be an important part of the corresponding relationship to pursue the goal of“commonality”among ethnic groups,so as to promote the development of a highly civilized country.
