摘要
目的探讨中医推拿特色护理应用于小儿支气管炎的效果。方法纳入东莞市黄江医院2020年1月-2021年10月收治的60例小儿支气管炎患者作为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,各30例。对照组给予常规西医护理,联合组在对照组基础上给予中医推拿特色护理。对比两组患儿的症状消退及住院时间、炎症水平、肺通气功能。结果出院前1d,联合组各症状消退时间及住院时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。联合组的降钙素(PCT)、白细胞介素(IL)-8、IL-6、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)均较对照组低(P<0.05)。出院前1d,联合组的达峰容积比(VPTEF/VE)、潮气量及达峰时间比(tPTEF/tE)、血氧饱和度均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论中医推拿特色护理辅助西医护理可促进小儿支气管炎的炎症缓解,改善肺通气功能,从而加快患儿症状消退时间,使患儿尽早康复出院。
Objective To explore the effect of characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine massage on children with bronchitis.Methods 60 children with bronchitis treated in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were included as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into control group and combined group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine nursing,and the combined group was given massage characteristic nursing based on the control group.The symptom regression,hospitalization time,inflammatory level and pulmonary ventilation function were compared between the two groups.Resul ts One day before discharge,the symptom regression time and hospitalization time of the combined group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of calcitonin(PCT),interleukin(IL)-8,IL-6 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP)in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The peak volume ratio(VPTEF/VE),tidal volume and peak time ratio(tPTEF/tE)and blood oxygen saturation of the combined group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conc lusion The characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine massage and the nursing of Western medicine can promote the inflammation relief of children with bronchitis,improve the pulmonary ventilation function,and speed up the regression of symptoms and rehabilitation of children discharged from hospital.
