摘要
快速判别功角稳定性并实施紧急控制,对降低失稳风险、保障电网安全具有重要意义。该文针对不同位置的两节点,解析节点电压相量之间的相位差与频率差的时空分布规律,以及节点对与机组对相频轨迹的内蕴关联特征;评估广域测量系统(wide area measurement system,WAMS)量测信噪比(signal-to-noise ratio,SNR)、拟合时窗以及截止频率等因素对相频轨迹凹凸性误判率、判别时延的影响,提出量测采样及滤波参数的整定方法。为适应机群之间非同调振荡对节点对凹凸性判稳的影响,提出联合两个特征节点对(关键支路节点对NPkb和最大相位差节点对NPmθ)相频轨迹凹凸性判稳的方法,以及降低失稳风险的紧急控制策略。面向交直流混联实际大电网的仿真结果,验证采样与滤波参数整定方法的正确性,以及判稳方法和控制策略的有效性。
Fast identification of transient power angle stability and implementation of emergency control have important significance in reducing the risk of instability and ensure the safety of power grid.For the two nodes at different locations,the temporal and spatial distribution of phase difference and frequency difference between node voltage phasors and the intrinsic correlation characteristics of the phase-frequency trajectory between the generator pair and node pairs were analyzed.The influence of wide area measurement system(WAMS)signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),the time window of fitting and the cut-off frequency of filters on the identification delay and mis-identification rate of concavity and convexity of phase-frequency trajectory were evaluated,and the tuning method of sampling and filtering parameters were proposed.In order to adapt to the influence of non-coherent oscillation of generators on the concave and convex stability identification of node pairs,a joint stability identification method and an emergency control strategy based on the trajectory's concavity and convexity of characteristic node pairs including the key branch node pair NPkb and the node pair with maximum phase NPmθwere proposed.The simulation results from AC/DC hybrid power grid verify the correctness of the parameters'tuning method and the effectiveness of the proposed stability identification method and control strategy.
