摘要
目的 蒲公英是一种传统的中药材,主要以清热解毒的功效广泛利用,在临床上用于治疗呼吸系统、皮肤病、胃肠道、妇科疾病。方法 查阅中外文文献,通过基于药材产地、栽培、采收加工、提取工艺、提取溶剂、有效部位、传统植物化学分离分析、药物代谢、生物活性筛选、网络药理学等方法,对蒲公英药效物质基础的研究给予总结和分析。结果 以不同的研究策略对中药材蒲公英的物质基础研究进行总结,为其质量标准的制定和提高临床疗效奠定基础。结论 不仅为蒲公英的应用和研究提供一定的参考依据,而且也对蒲公英的资源利用和新药开发提供一定的理论支持。
Objective Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine,which is mainly widely used for clearing away heat and relieving toxin.It is used in the clinical treatment of respiratory system,skin diseases,gastrointestinal tract and gynecology.Methods This paper summarized and analyzed the research on the material basis of Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)efficacy by referring to the Chinese and foreign literatures based on the origin,cultivation,harvesting and processing,extraction process,extraction solvent,effective parts,traditional phytochemical separation and analysis,drug metabolism,biological activity screening,network pharmacology and other methods.Results This article summarized the material basis research of the traditional Chinese medicinal material Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)with different research strategies,laying the foundation for the formulation of its quality standards and the improvement of clinical efficacy.Conclusion The study not only provides some reference for the application and research of Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba),but also provides some theoretical support for the resource utilization and new drug development of Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba).
