摘要
为探明温度对宽碧蝽Palomena viridissim(Poda)生长发育的影响,以四季豆为主要寄主饲料,设5个恒温处理:19,22,25,28,31℃,对宽碧蝽发育历期、发育速率、存活率、发育起点温度及有效积温的影响。结果表明:在试验温度下,各虫态发育历期与温度呈负相关,随着温度升高发育历期缩短。通过方程拟合发育速率与温度关系模型,得出两者具有显著相关性并符合不同关系模型。温度对存活率的影响中,卵与若虫存活率在22℃时达到最大值,但随着温度的持续升高而出现下降的趋势。宽碧蝽卵、若虫、产卵前期和世代的发育起点温度分别为14.97,7.63,2.68,7.07℃,有效积温分别为45.34,1007.77,672.96,1668.04 d·℃。这些结果可对宽碧蝽发生时期及危害程度进行有效预测预报,并制定相关防治策略,达到有效治理减少经济损失的目的。
To explore the effect of temperature on growth and development of Palomena viridissim(Poda),the effects of five constant temperature treatments at 19,22,25,28 and 31℃on development period,development rate,survival rate,development threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature of Palomena viridissim(Poda)were studied with green bean as the main host feed.The results showed that at the experimental temperature,the developmental duration of each stage of Palomena viridissim(Poda)was negatively correlated with temperature,and the developmental duration shortened with the increase of temperature.By fitting the relationship model between growth rate and temperature,it is concluded that the two had a significant correlation and accorded with different relationship models.Among the effects of temperature on survival rate,the survival rate of egg and nymph reached the maximum at 22℃,but it declined with the continuous increase of temperature.The developmental threshold temperature of egg,nymph,preoviposition and generations were 14.97℃,7.63℃,2.68℃and 7.07℃,respectively,and the effective accumulated temperatures were 45.34,1007.77,672.96 and 1668.04 d·℃.The results could provide a scientific basis for the prediction of the occurrence period and integrated management of Palomena viridissim(Poda).
