摘要
目的:分析持续质量改进在提高药房药品管理质量中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1-12月未实施持续质量改进期间发放的3 625份药品作为对照组,选取2021年1-12月实施了持续质量改进后发放的3 643份药品作为观察组。比较两组药房药剂师的药品管理知识评分、药品管理差错事件发生率、取药服务差错事件发生率和药房工作效率。结果:观察组药房药剂师的药品管理知识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药品管理总差错率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组取药服务总差错率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组处方调配速度快于对照组,取药时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在药房药品管理中实施质量持续改进,可显著提升药房药剂师的管理知识水平,降低药品管理差错事件和取药服务差错事件发生率,提升药品管理质量和药房的工作效率。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of continuous quality improvement on improving drug management quality of pharmacy.Methods:A total of 3625 drugs distributed from January 2020 to December 2020 when continuous quality improvement was not implemented were selected as control group,and a total of 3643 drugs distributed from January 2021 to December 2021 after continuous quality improvement was implemented were selected as observation group.The score of pharmacy pharmacists’drug management knowledge,the incidence of drug management error events,the incidence of drug taking service error events and the work efficiency of pharmacy were compared between two groups.Results:The score of pharmacy pharmacists’drug management knowledge in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total error rate of drug management in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total error rate of drug taking service in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The prescription formulation speed in observation group was faster than that in control group,and the drug taking time in observation group was shorter than that in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of continuous quality improvement in pharmacy drug management can significantly improve the management knowledge level of pharmacy pharmacists,reduce the incidence of drug management error events and drug taking service error events,and improve the quality of drug management and the work efficiency of pharmacy.
