摘要
目的基于文献研究探寻中药治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的组方规律。方法在清华同方数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方数据库、维普期刊数据库中检索建库至2021年10月14日的中药治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的有效方剂,通过WPS Excel 2019、SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistics 25.0对所有药物进行频次统计、关联规则和系统聚类分析。结果79首方剂中涉及169味中药,使用频次前3位的中药依次为熟地黄、当归、菟丝子,功效以补虚药、活血化瘀药居多,归经以肝、肾、脾经居多,关联规则分析共获得12对有效药组关联规则,系统聚类得到9组药物聚类组合。结论补肾填精、疏肝健脾、活血化瘀是中医药治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的基本方法。采用关联规则和系统聚类的方法,可以较为全面客观地揭示中医药治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的用药规律。
Objective To analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency based on literature research.Methods By searching CNKI,SinoMed,Wanfang and Weipu Databases from the establishment of the database to October 14,2021,this paper collected effective formulas treating premature ovarian insufficiency,the frequency statistics of prescriptions and Chinese herbs,association rule analysis and systematic clustering were carried out using WPS Excel 2019,SPSS Modeler 18.0,SPSS Statistics 25.Results A total of 79 prescriptions treating premature ovarian insufficiency were selected,including 169 Chinese herbs.The top 3 herbs with highest use frequency were radix rehmanniae praeparata,angelica sinensis,cuscuta.The most commonly used drugs were deficiency-tonifying,blood-activeing and stasis-resolving,and most of them belong to liver,kidney,and spleen channels.12 effective rules were made in association rules analysis,9 Chinese herbal clusters were yielded by the systematic clustering.Conclusions In the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency with traditional Chinese medicine,Bushentianjing Shuganjianpi and Huoxuehuayu are the general treatment principles.By using the method of association rules combined with systematic cluster analysis,the rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency can be revealed comprehensively and objectively.
