摘要
衡量癌症疾病负担的常用统计指标包括发病率、死亡率、伤残调整寿命年等,对恶性肿瘤进行伤残调整寿命年计算可以对人群中疾病死亡负担以及生存病例的失能程度进行综合评价。中国肝癌的发病和死亡数占全球病例数将近一半,肝癌的疾病负担严重,伤残调整寿命年在所有恶性肿瘤中居世界第一位。全文通过分析2007年1月至2022年5月国内外发表的有关中国肝癌伤残调整寿命年的文献,对我国肝癌的伤残调整寿命的研究现况和时间变化趋势进行系统归纳和总结,为我国肝癌相关防治政策制定提供参考。
The incidence rate, mortality rate, disability-adjusted life years along with other indicators are commonly used to measure the population-based disease burden of cancer, among which disability-adjusted life years can comprehensively evaluate the death burden of cancer in the population and the disability degree of patients with long-term survival. The number of liver cancer cases and deaths in China accounts for nearly half of the total number in the world;the disease burden of liver cancer is heavy, and the disability-adjusted life years ranks first in the world among all cancers. This article summarizes the status quo and time trends of disability-adjusted life years of liver cancer in China based on the English and Chinese literature published from January2007 to May 2022, to provide reference for prevention and control of liver cancer in China.
