摘要
目的研究童趣化护理在儿童难治性肺炎支原体肺炎辅助机械排痰中的效果。方法选择山东省济宁市任城区妇幼保健院2019年10月至2021年10月收治的90例难治性肺炎支原体肺炎辅助机械排痰患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上使用童趣化护理措施,比较两组患儿的护理效果。结果观察组的治疗总依从性高于对照组,观察组的临床治疗效果高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在辅助机械排痰的难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿中,童趣化护理有更高的应用价值,值得研究和借鉴。
Objective To study the effect of childlike nursing in children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia assisted mechanical sputum excretion.Methods A total of 90 children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia assisted mechanical sputum excretion admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Rencheng District in Jining City,Shandong Province from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given childlike nursing measures on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the clinical therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the con trol group,and the differ ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia assisted mechanical sputum excretion,the childlike nursing has higher application value a nd is worthy study and reference.
