苦豆子提取物对多重耐药大肠杆菌的体外抑菌作用 被引量:4

摘要 为探究苦豆子提取物对多重耐药大肠杆菌的体外抑菌作用,本研究以从蛋鸡粪便样本中分离的1株多重耐药大肠杆菌为研究对象,测定了苦豆子提取物的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)以及与抗菌药物联用的抑菌效果,并测定了对多重耐药大肠杆菌生长曲线、生物被膜以及运动能力的影响。结果表明,苦豆子提取物MIC为125 mg/mL,与头孢噻呋联用呈现协同作用;与对照组相比,1/2MIC和MIC的苦豆子提取物可明显抑制菌株的生长;不同浓度苦豆子提取物对菌株生物被膜具有一定程度的抑制和清除作用,1/2MIC和MIC组可极显著降低菌株的运动能力(P<0.01)。表明苦豆子提取物对多重耐药大肠杆菌具有良好的体外抑菌作用。 The antibacterial effect of Sophora alopecuroides extract on multi-drug resistant E.coli isolated from the feces of laying hens was studied in this research.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of S.alopecuroides extract and the antibacterial effects when combined with antibacterial agents were determined.At the same time,the effects on the growth curve,biofilm and motility of the strain were also investigated.The results showed that the MIC of S.alopecuroides extract on E.coli was 125 mg/mL,which showed a synergistic action when used in combination with ceftiofur Compared with the control group,1/2MIC and MIC of S.alopecuroides extract could significantly inhibit the growth of multi-drug resistant E.coli.The biofilm of E.coli was inhibited and eradicated by different concentration groups to a certain extent,and the movement ability of E.coli in 1/2MIC and MIC groups was extremely significantly reduced(P<0.01).The results showed that the extract of S.alopecuroides had good antibacterial effects in vitro against multi-drug resistant E.coli.
