摘要
目的:研究精细化护理的实施方案及在产妇产褥期感染(PI)预防中的应用价值。方法:将样本容量为120例的产妇予以随机分为YBH组和JXH组,各组60例。YBH组于PI预防中开展常规护理,JXH组于PI预防中开展精细化护理。分别统计两组产妇PI的发生率,并比较两组PI产妇护理前后临床主要症状积分的改善效果。护理前后,分别检测两组产妇血清炎症反应指标(IL-6、TNF-α、PCT),并采用GCQ量表调查产妇护理舒适度。结果:在PI发生率上,JXH组为3.33%,低于YBH组的10%(P<0.05);护理后,JXH组患者PI症状积分低于YBH组(P<0.05)。护理后,JXH组产妇血清IL-6、TNF-α、PCT均低于YBH组(P<0.05),JXH组产妇GCQ量表各维度评分均高于YBH组(P<0.05)。结论:产妇PI预防护理中精细化护理模式通过分析PI危险因素,从细节着手开展针对的前馈干预措施,能够有效减轻机体炎症反应,降低产妇PI发生率,促进产妇获得更优质、更舒适的护理体验。
Objective:To study the implementation mode of delicate and meticulous nursing and the theoretical and practical value of preventing PI in puerpera.Methods:The 120 parturients were divided into YBH group and JXH group,and 60 cases were included in each group.YBH group received general care in PI prevention,and JXH group received delicate care in PI prevention.The incidence rate of PI was recorded and compared between the two groups,and the fluctuation amplitude of PI symptom score before and after taking care of PI parturients in the two groups,as well as the inflammatory response indicators(IL-6,TNF-α,PCT)under blood samples were compared,and the nursing comfort experience of parturients was evaluated by GCQ scale.Results:The incidence of PI in JXH group was 3.33%vs 10%compared with YBH group(P<0.05).After nursing,the PI symptom score of JXH group was lower than that of YBH group(P<0.05).After nursing,the fluctuation range of serum inflammation indexes in JXH group was better than that in YBH group(P<0.05),and the fluctuation range of all modules of GCQ scale score was better than that in YBH group(P<0.05).Conclusion:By analyzing the risk factors of PI and starting from the details to carry out the feedforward intervention measures,it can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of the body,reduce the incidence of PI,and promote the puerpera to obtain better quality and more comfortable nursing experience.
