摘要
我国锰矿石资源品位低、规模小,在锰合金生产过程中往往会产生大量的锰冶炼渣固废。实现铁合金工业锰冶炼固废的综合利用,对保障我国钢铁工业的持续健康发展具有重要意义。概括了我国锰资源概况、锰系合金的产量、工艺和锰冶炼固废特点,着重介绍了锰铁合金冶炼渣、硅锰合金冶炼渣、富锰渣、锰冶炼烟尘固废综合利用的研究进展。
Owing to the characteristics of low grade and small scale of manganese ore resources in China,a large amount of manganese smelting slag is often generated in the process of manganese alloy formation.Realizing the comprehensive utilization of manganese smelting solid waste in the ferroalloy industry is of great significance for the sustainable and healthy development of iron and steel industry.This paper summarizes the general situation of manganese resources,the output of manganese alloys,the process and the characteristics of manganese smelting solid waste,and focuses on the comprehensive utilization of manganese ferroalloy smelting slag,silicon-manganese alloy smelting slag,manganese-rich slag,and manganese smelting smoke.
