摘要
为培养服务“三农”、扎根基层的实用技能型卓越农林人才,以农业水利工程专业为例,修订人才培养目标、培养计划,改革课程教学内容、教学方法、实践教学内容与方法、师资队伍建设措施、课程考核办法和教学管理措施等,深入研究实用技能型卓越农林人才培养模式的构建。经过八年的教学实践,表明该人才培养模式能够有效提高学生的实践能力,增强学生服务“三农”的意识,毕业生社会反响良好。
In order to trainpractical and skilled excellent agricultural and forestry talents who serve"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"and take root at the grass-roots level,this article takes Agricultural Water Conservancy Engineering as an example.In the paper the construction of talent training mode is studied;the talent training objectives and training plans are revised,and the teaching reform is carried out in the aspects of curriculum teaching system,teaching methods,practical teaching,teacher team construction,curriculum assessment,teaching management,etc.After eight years of teaching practice,it shows that this talent training mode can effectively improve practical ability and the awareness of serving"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"of students,and the social response of graduates is good.
