摘要
文章介绍了利用高频燃烧红外吸收法测定高碳铬铁合金中碳、硫含量的分析方法。通过试验,研究了试样加入量、助熔剂的选择及其配比、助熔剂的加入方式的影响;通过对标准试样分析,确定了最佳分析条件。该方法快速、准确、相对标准偏差小,能够满足生产需要。
This paper introduces an analytical method for the determination of carbon and sulfur in high carbon ferrochromium alloy by high frequency combustion infrared absorption method.Through experiments,the effects of the amount of sample added,the selection and proportion of flux,and the adding method of flux were studied;Through the analysis of standard samples,the optimal analysis conditions were determined.The method is fast,accurate and has small relative standard deviation,which can meet the production needs.
