摘要
目的 探究家属参与式护理模式对初产妇剖宫产术后纯母乳喂养率的影响。方法 选取78例剖宫产术初产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组39例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用家属参与式护理模式。对比两组纯母乳喂养率、护理满意度,同时采用简化版母乳喂养自我效能量表(BSES)评价初产妇护理前后母乳喂养效能感。结果 护理前,两组BSES评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组BSES评分高于护理前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组纯母乳喂养率97.44%、护理满意度94.87%均明显高于对照组的79.49%、76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 家属参与式护理模式可增强初产妇剖宫产术后母乳喂养效能感,提高纯母乳喂养率及护理满意度,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore the effect of family participation nursing model on exclusive breastfeeding rate of primiparas after cesarean section. Methods 78 primiparas undergoing cesarean section were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 39 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the observation group adopted family participation nursing model on the basis of routine nursing. The rate of exclusive breastfeeding and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups, and the simplified version of breastfeeding selfefficacy Scale(BSES) was used to evaluate the efficacy of breastfeeding before and after maternal nursing. Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in BSES score between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the BSES score of the two groups was higher than that before nursing, and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The rate of exclusive breastfeeding and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were 97.44%and 94.87%, which were significantly higher than those of the control group(79.49% and 76.92%), and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Family participation nursing model can enhance the efficacy of breastfeeding after cesarean section, improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
