摘要
膝骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是以膝关节软骨退变、甚至关节磨损、骨质增生或韧带变性等为主要病理变化,以疼痛和功能活动受限甚至畸形为主要临床表现的关节疾病,是发生在中老年群体的常见疾病。目前,临床上采用医用臭氧治疗联合西医、中医方法治疗膝骨性关节炎有确切疗效,是一种安全、经济、患者易于接受的治疗手段。本文主要对膝骨性关节炎的发病机制,医用臭氧在膝骨性关节炎的治疗机制及近年来在中医、西医联合医用臭氧治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效进行总结,为膝骨性关节炎的治疗提供借鉴。
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common disease in middle-aged and elderly people,which is characterized by knee cartilage degeneration,even joint wear,hyperosteogeny or ligament degeneration,and its main clinical manifestations are pain,limited functional activities and deformity.This paper mainly introduces the pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis,the therapeutic mechanism of medical ozone in knee osteoarthritis and the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined with medical odor in recent years.It shows that medical ozone combined with western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine is a better method in treating knee osteoarthritis,which can relieve the pain of patients,and it shows that medical ozone is a treatment with definite curative effect,practicality,safety,economy,easy access and easy acceptance by patients.
