摘要
介绍了驮英水库及灌区工程建设概况,分析了新形势下水利工程建设用地报批难的原因,结合现阶段国家和地方出台的土地管理法律法规和方针政策,提出解决水利工程建设用地报批存在问题的建议。
An introduction was made on the general information of Tuoying Reservoir Irrigation Zone Project. The author analyzed the reasons for the difficulty in applying for approval of water conservancy project construction land under the new situation. Combined with the current national and local land management laws, regulations, guidelines and policies, the author gave suggestions to solve the problems existing in the application for approval of construction land for water conservancy project.
