摘要
为满足城市精细化管理的需求,提升北京市道路交通安全水平与城市形象,从道路交通隔离设施入手,介绍了道路交通隔离设施的概念、发展进程与国内外应用现状,根据现状调研情况对北京市交通标线和分隔栏杆的现状问题进行总结,并进行成因分析。在以上分析的基础上,从设置理念、设置标准、道路规划设计及交通秩序管理完善等多个层面提出在城市精细化管理背景下道路交通隔离设施的设置思路与建议,为道路交通隔离设施的精细化设置提供指导。
In order to satisfy urban refined management and improve the traffic safety level and urban image of Beijing, the concept, development process and application status at home and abroad of road traffic barricade are introduced. According to the investigation, problems of the traffic line markings and separate railing facilities are summarized and the causes are analyzed. Based on the above analysis, the setting thoughts and suggestions of traffic barricade under the background of urban refined management are put forward from several aspects of setting concept, setting standards, road planning and design and improving of traffic order management. It can provide guidance for the delicacy setting of traffic barricade.
