摘要
目的探讨CO_(2)激光在耳内镜外科手术中的应用及疗效。方法回顾性分析CO_(2)激光在耳内镜下外耳道病变(外耳道肿物)、鼓膜病变(肉芽性鼓膜炎、不张性中耳炎)、困难鼓膜切开置管、内耳病变(耳硬化症)的应用,总结CO_(2)激光在不同疾病中的优势和疗效。结果激光在耳内镜下外、中、内耳手术过程具有操作简单,安全、节省手术时间及疗效可靠的优点。结论CO_(2)激光应用在耳内镜外科手术中,可弥补耳内镜手术中单手切割及止血操作的不足,不仅安全便捷易操作,而且高度精确,适合在耳内镜外科手术中使用。
Objective To report outcomes of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))laser in endoscopic ear surgery.Methods CO_(2)laser was used in endoscopic surgeries for external acoustic meatus lesions(external auditory canal mass),tympanic membrane lesions(granular myringitis,atelectasis otitis media),difficult tympanic tube insertion,and inner ear lesions(otosclerosis)and outcomes were retrospectively analyzed to summarize advantages and efficacy of CO_(2)laser.Results Endoscopic ear surgery with CO_(2)laser in outer,middle and inner ear proved to be simple and convenient,safe,time-saving and reliable.Conclusion The application of CO_(2)laser in endoscopic ear surgery can make up for the shortage of onehand cutting and hemostasis in ear endoscopic surgery.It is not only safe,convenient and easy to operate,but also highly accurate,which is important in ear endoscopic surgery.
