摘要
目的:观察乳腺肿瘤患者采用超声引导微创旋切术治疗的效果及对生活质量产生的影响。方法:选取2019年11月-2021年12月宿迁市第一人民医院收治的乳腺肿瘤患者100例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规手术治疗,观察组采用超声引导微创旋切术治疗。比较两组患者手术情况、手术效果、术后美容效果、并发症发生率、生活质量。结果:观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,术后2 d疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组切口愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组术后美容效果优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组患者心理功能、物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:乳腺肿瘤患者采用超声引导微创旋切术治疗可减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间、切口愈合时间与住院时间,减少疼痛,提高术后美容效果与生活质量,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To observe the surgery effect of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast biopsy and its influence on the quality of life in patients with breast tumors.Methods:A total of 100 patients with breast tumors admitted to the Suqian First People's Hospital from November 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the observation objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgery,while the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast biopsy.The operation situation,operation effect,postoperative cosmetic effect,incidence of complications,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the operation time was shorter than that in the control group,and the visual analogue scale score at 2 days after operation was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The incision healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The excellent and good rate of postoperative cosmetic effect in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of psychological function,material life,physical function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast biopsy for breast cancer patients can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten operation time,incision healing time and hospital stay,reduce pain,improve the excellent and good rate of postoperative cosmetic effect and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
