摘要
目的:探讨动漫式健康教育联合医疗辅助游戏在阑尾炎手术患儿中的应用方法及效果。方法:选取2019年9月1日~2020年9月30日115例阑尾炎手术患儿按入院时间分为联合组57例和常规组58例,常规组给予常规护理,联合组在此基础上实施动漫式健康教育联合医疗辅助游戏干预,比较两组干预效果。结果:联合组患儿依从率高于常规组(P<0.05),耶鲁围术期焦虑量表(m YPAS)评分、儿童医疗恐惧量表(CMFS)评分低于对照组(P<0.01);联合组家属满意度评分高于常规组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:动漫式健康教育联合医疗辅助游戏可改善阑尾炎手术患儿遵医行为和不良心理状态,提高家属满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of cartoon-style health education combined with medical auxiliary games in children with appendicitis surgery.Methods:A total of 115 children with appendicitis surgery admittedduring September 1,2019 to September 30,2020 were according to time of admission divided into the combined group with 57 cases and the routine group with 58 cases.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the combined group was given cartoon-style health education combined with medical auxiliary games for intervention.Intervention effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate was higher in the combined group than that in the routine group(P<0.05),the scores of m YPAS and CMFS were lower in the combined group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of satisfaction were higher in family members in the combined group than those in the routine group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Cartoon-style health education combined with medical auxiliary games can promote the compliance behaviors in children undergoing appendicitis surgery,improve their bad mood,relieve the fear,and improve the satisfaction among family members of children.
