摘要
中医药在防治传染病方面具有悠久历史和丰富经验。在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)过程中,中医药发挥了不可替代的重要作用,包括“三方三药”在内的系列中药在防控新冠肺炎疫情过程中体现出明确疗效。笔者团队在第一时间开展新冠肺炎中西医结合救治工作,建立了融辨病论治、辨证论治与辨靶论治于一体的中医药科学组方创新模式——系统辨靶论治(target-combined holistic treatment of TCM),成功研制出了可有效阻断新冠肺炎重症化的中医药“克冠一号”,同时提出了中医药抗击新冠肺炎“攘外安内”学说,并探索建立了一套中医药防治新突发传染病临床科研攻关模式。为抗击新冠肺炎疫情提供了中医药解决方案。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history and rich experience in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.It has played an irreplaceable role in the fight against the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Three TCM drugs and three herbal formulas have demonstrated clear efficacy in the prevention and control of the epidemic.Our team carry out integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment for the patients at the outbreak of COVID-19,established an innovated TCM formulation method(target-combined holistic treatment of TCM),and developed the Chinese patient medicine Keguan-1 that can block the progression of COVID-19 cases to severe cases.At the same time,we proposed the theory of"resisting foreign aggression and pacifying the interior"to explain the mechanism of TCM against COVID-19 and established a clinical research mode of TCM for preventing and treating emerging infectious diseases.
