摘要
目的分析阴道炎五联检验在白带常规检验中的应用价值。方法选取于本院进行白带常规检验的患者140例为研究对象,均开展显微镜检验及阴道炎五联检验。分析检验结果。结果两种检验方法对白细胞增多阳性、乳酸杆菌阳性、阴道滴虫阳性的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);阴道炎五联检验念珠菌阳性、细菌性阴道炎检出率及总检出率分别为11.4%、12.9%、80.0%,均高于白带常规检验的4.3%、5.7%、65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种检验方法阴道清洁度检出情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白带常规检验中应用阴道炎五联检验,有助于提升阴道炎检出率,为临床诊疗提供可靠依据。
Objective To analyze the application value of vaginitis pentalogy test in routine examination of leucorrhea.Methods A total of 140 patients who underwent routine examination of leucorrhea in our hospital were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent microscope examination and vaginitis pentalogy test.The test results were analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in the detection rates of leukocytosis,lactobacillus and trichomonas vaginalis between the two methods(P>0.05);the candida detection rates,bacterial vaginitis detection rates and total detection rates of vaginitis pentalogy test were 11.4%,12.9% and 80.0%,respectively,which were higher than 4.3%,5.7% and 65.0% of leucorrhea routine test,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection of vaginal cleanliness between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of vaginitis pentalogy test in routine examination of leucorrhea is helpful to improve the detection rate of vaginitis and provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
