摘要
目的探讨以时机理论为框架的延续性护理模式对产妇产后自我康复能力的影响。方法选择190例产妇进行回顾性分析,按照入院时间的先后顺序分为对照组94例和观察组96例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施以时机理论为框架的延续性护理。护理后,比较两组产妇自我护理能力,统计其血性恶露持续时间、泌乳开始时间及首次下床时间。结果护理后,观察组产妇自我护理能力优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血性恶露持续时间、泌乳开始时间以及首次下床时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以时机理论为框架的延续性护理模式在产妇产后护理中应用,有助于产妇提高自我护理能力,促进产后恢复,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore the impact of continuous nursing model based on timing theory on postpartum self-rehabilitation ability of parturients.Methods A total of 190 parturients were selected for retrospective analysis and divided into control group(94 cases)and observation group(96 cases)according to the order of admission time.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out continuity nursing with timing theory as the framework.After nursing,the self-care ability of the two groups was compared,and the duration of lochia rubra,the start time of lactation and the fi rst time of getting out of bed were counted.Results After nursing,the self-care good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The duration of lochia rubra,the start time of lactation and the first time of getting out of bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the continuity nursing model based on the theory of timing in postpartum nursing helps to improve the ability of self-care and promote postpartum recovery,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
