摘要
近年来随着郁金香发展和花海的兴起,国内对于郁金香的需求量呈现出逐年增长的趋势。郁金香不仅具有观赏性,也具备一定的药用价值。国内多位学者通过研究发现郁金香中含有生物碱、黄酮、蛋白质、多糖和挥发油等多种生物活性物质,这些活性成分具有抑菌杀菌、抗氧化和抗肿瘤等活性。本文就郁金香中生物活性物质做如下综述,为后续郁金香药用价值开发利用提供理论依据。
In recent years, with the development of tulips and the rise of flower seas, the domestic demand for tulips has shown an increasing trend year by year.Tulips are not only ornamental, but also have certain medicinal value. Many domestic scholars have found through research that tulips contain various biologically active substances such as alkaloids, flavonoids, proteins, polysaccharides and volatile oils. These active ingredients have antibacterial and bactericidal, antioxidant and antitumor activities. In this paper, the bioactive substances in tulips are reviewed as follows, and the theoretical basis for the subsequent development and utilization of the medicinal value of tulips is provided.
