三种维生素浸种萌发的高粱幼苗对蚜虫抗生性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Three Kinds of Vitamins Immersing Seeds Treatment on Resistance to Aphids in Sorghum Seedlings

摘要 以‘龙杂19’高粱为试验材料,分析了不同浓度(50、100、200 mg·L^(-1))维生素浸种对高粱种子萌发和幼苗生长,以及高粱幼苗上蚜虫的发育、存活、繁殖和生命表参数的影响。供试三种维生素三个浓度浸种能够显著降低高粱幼苗蚜虫的平均繁殖力和繁殖率均显著降低,其中VC(50和100 mg·L^(-1))浸种高粱幼苗蚜虫平均存活天数比对照减少了7 d,VB6(200 mg·L^(-1))蚜虫存活天数则减少了6 d。另外三种外源维生素浸种高粱幼苗对蚜虫的种群生命表参数均有不同程度影响,与对照相比,VB6(50 mg·L^(-1))处理使蚜虫净增值率R_(0)和内禀增长率rm显著降低了52.45%和23.08%,而V_(C)(100 mg·L^(-1))处理则使蚜虫的净增值率R_(0)、平均世代周期T和内禀增长率rm显著降低了71.99%、23.90%和30.78%,三种维生素在浓度为200 mg·L^(-1)均能够显著降低蚜虫的R_(0)和T值。同时,三种维生素处理对高粱种子萌发影响不明显,但V_(B6)和V_(C)可不同程度促进幼苗生长。结果表明,外源维生素浸种处理在促进高粱幼苗生长的前提下,还可增强高粱对蚜虫的抗生性,继而提高抗虫性,其中供试三种维生素以V_(C)促生抗虫性效果最好。 The effects of different concentrations(50,100,200 mg·L^(-1))of vitamin on Sorghum seed germination and seedling growth were analyzed,as well as the effects of aphid development,survival,reproduction,and life table parameters on Sorghum seedlings from seeds soaked by vitamins.The average fecundity and fecundity rate of aphids living in the treated sorghum seedlings were significantly reduced.The average survival days of aphids in sorghum seedlings from seeds soaked with 50 and 100 mg·L^(-1) VC were shortened by seven days,and the survival days of aphids immersed with 200 mg·L^(-1) VB6 was shortened by six days.Three kinds of exogenous vitamin soaking seeds treatment had different effects on the life table parameters of aphids on sorghum seedlings.The net increment rate(R0)and intrinsic growth rate(rm)index of Aphids living in 50 mg·L^(-1) VB6 treatment seedlings significantly decreased by 52.45%and 23.08%,and R0,average generation period(T)and rm of Aphids in 100 mg·L^(-1) VC treatment seedlings significantly decreased by 71.99%,23.90%and 30.78%,respectively.The R0 and T values of 200 mg·L^(-1) vitamin treatment significantly decreased.It is important that VB6 and VC treatment could promote the growth of sorghum seedlings in different degrees,without limiting the seed germination.The results showed that the treatment of soaking seeds with exogenous vitamins could significantly enhance the insect resistance of Sorghum Seedlings and promote the growth of sorghum seedlings.And VC had the best effect on promoting growth and insect resistance.
