新疆油田污水配液压裂液体系评价与应用

Evaluation and application of hydraulic fracturing fluid system for sewage water distribution in Xinjiang oilfield

摘要 为解决新疆油田压裂施工水资源匮乏,缓解环境压力,降低环境污染治理成本,研究应用风城210万m^(3)高矿化度污水配制低、中、高粘压裂液。对低、中、高粘压裂液基液表观黏度、降阻率性能及其破胶液表观黏度、破胶时间和表/界面张力进行了测试。结果表明,高矿化度对研制的压裂液基液及其破胶液性能没有影响,低、中粘压裂液降阻率平均值分别为79.16%、78.95%,低粘压裂液降阻率最高可达81.33%;低、中、高粘压裂液破胶液表面张力分别为26.04mN/m、25.31mN/m和24.87mN/m,界面张力分别为0.11mN/m、0.27mN/m和0.6mN/m,满足现场施工要求。该体系压裂液已在新疆油田玛湖区块共计施工15井次,取得了良好的应用效果,为新疆油田的开发提供了资源保障。 In order to solve the problem of shortage of water resources for fracturing construction in Xinjiang oilfield, alleviate the environmental pressure, and reduce the cost of environmental pollution control, research and application of 2.1 million cubic meters of high salinity sewage from Fengcheng to prepare low, medium and high viscosity fracturing fluids.The apparent viscosity and resistance reduction performance of low, medium and high viscosity fracturing fluid base fluid and its apparent viscosity, breaking time, and surface/interfacial tension of the fracturing fluid were tested.The experimental results showed that high salinity has no effect on the properties of the developed fracturing fluid base fluid and its gel-breaking fluid.The average resistance reduction rates of low and medium viscosity fracturing fluids are 79.16% and 78.95%,respectively.The resistance reduction rate was up to 81.33%;the surface tensions of the low-,medium-and high-viscosity fracturing fluids were 26.04 mN/m, 25.31 mN/m and 24.87 mN/m, and the interfacial tensions were 0.11 mN/m, 0.27 mN/m and 0.6 mN/m respectively, meeting the requirements of on-site construction.The fracturing fluid of this system has been constructed in a total of 15 well times in the Mahu block of Xinjiang Oilfield, and good application results achieved, providing resource guarantee for the development of Xinjiang Oilfield.
