摘要
目的:观察带针吞咽训练治疗假性球麻痹吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取辽宁中医嘉和医院2020年12月至2021年9月收治的假性球麻痹吞咽障碍患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为吞咽组和带针组,每组35例。吞咽组给予吞咽训练治疗,带针组给予带针吞咽训练治疗。观察两组患者改良版洼田饮水试验(modified water swallow test,MWST)评级、标准吞咽功能评价量表(standardized swallowing assessment,SSA)评分、功能性经口摄食量表(functional oral intake scale,FOIS)等级变化情况。结果:吞咽组有效率为77.14%,带针组有效率为91.42%,带针组有效率高于吞咽组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);带针组治疗后MWST评级、FOIS等级优于吞咽组,带针组治疗后SSA评分低于吞咽组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:带针进行吞咽训练治疗假性球麻痹吞咽障碍,能改善患者吞咽功能,恢复正常饮食。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of swallowing training with needle on swallowing disorders due to pseudobulbar palsy.Methods:A total of 70 patients with swallowing disorders due to pseudobulbar palsy treated in Liaoning Jiahe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into the swallowing group and the needle group according to random number table,with 35 cases in each group.The swallowing group was treated with swallowing training,while the needle group was treated with swallowing training with needle.The changes of the modified water swallow test(MWST)rating,the standardized swallowing assessment(SSA)score and the functional oral intake scale(FOIS)rating of the two groups of patients were observed.Results:The effective rate in the swallowing group was 77.14%,and that in the needle group was 91.42%.The effective rate in the needle group was higher than that in the swallowing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MWST rating and FOIS rating of the needle group after treatment were better than those of the swallowing group,while the SSA score of the needle group after treatment was lower than that of the swallowing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Swallowing training with needle can improve the swallowing function of patients with swallowing disorders due to pseudobulbar palsy and restore their normal diet.
