摘要
中药质量标志物是刘昌孝院士在2016年为控制中药产品质量提出的新概念。中药质量标志物是存在于中药材和中药产品中固有的或加工制备过程中形成的与中药的功能属性密切相关的化学物质,是反映中药安全性和有效性的标志性物质。中药质量标志物是中药质量控制的新方向,其研究方法涉及较多新技术和新理论。本文聚焦于数据挖掘方法和学术新理论在中药化学质量标志物研究中的应用,对目前中药质量标志物的研究进展进行了简要的归纳和总结,同时对中药质量标志物的研究趋势做了展望。
The quality marker of Chinese Materia Medica(CMM)is a new concept proposed by academician Liu Changxiao in 2016 to control the quality of Chinese Materia Medica products.Quality Markers of Chinese Materia Medica are chemical substances which are inherent in Chinese Materia Medica and Chinese Materia Medica products or formed in the process of processing and closely related to the functional properties of CMM,it is a symbol material reflecting the safety and effectiveness of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Chinese Materia Medica Quality Marker is a new direction of Chinese Materia Medica quality control.Its research methods involve many new techniques and new theories.This paper focuses on the application of data mining methods and new academic theories in the study of chemical quality markers of Chinese Materia Medica,at the same time,the research trend of quality markers of Chinese Materia Medica is prospected.
