2019-2021年邯郸市中小学校周边小食品铅、镉、铝含量调查

Survey on contents of lead (Pb),cadmium (Cd) and aluminum (Al) in pack snacks surrounding primary and secondary schools in Handan from 2019 to 2021

摘要 目的了解2019-2021年邯郸市中小学校周边小食品铅、镉、铝含量情况。方法2019-2021年从邯郸市中小学校周边食品商店随机采集食品样品12类共计216份,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer,ICP-MS)测定其中铅、镉、铝3种金属元素的含量。以《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762-2017)规定的标准进行评价。结果2019—2021年邯郸市中小学校周边食品商店随机采集的12类食品样品铅、镉、铝元素含量的合格率均为100.0%。但铅元素和镉元素检出率较高,总检出率分别达59.1%、77.3%;铝元素总检出率达41.1%。且膨化食品、坚果及籽类检测结果最高值接近国家限量标准。结论2019-2021年邯郸市部分中小学校周边小食品在一定程度上存在金属元素污染的风险,建议设立专项监测计划,持续关注学校周边小食品安全问题,确保中小学生身体健康。 Objective To understand the details of contents of lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd)and aluminum(Al)of pack snacks surrounding primary and secondary schools in Handan.Methods A total of 216 food samples from 12 categories were randomly collected from food stores surrounding primary and secondary schools in Handan from 2019 to 2021,the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was applied to determine the content of three metals including the lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd)and aluminum(Al),and the evaluation was made according to the criterion set out in National Food Safety Standard Maximum Levels of Contaminants in Foods(GB 2762-2017).Results From 2019 to 2021,the percent of pass of Pb,Cd and Al in 12 categories of food samples surrounding schools was 100.0%.While the detection rate of Pb and Cd were relatively high with overall detection rate in 59.1%and 77.3%respectively.The total detection rate of aluminum element was 41.1%,and the test results of puffed food,nuts and seeds were close to national maximum limit standard.Conclusion From 2019 to 2021,some pack snacks surrounding primary and secondary schools in Handan are at risk of metal contamination to a certain extent.It is recommended to set up a special monitoring plan to continue focusing on food safety issues surrounding schools and secure the health of primary and secondary school students.
