摘要
糖尿病肾病(DKD)是糖尿病常见、严重的慢性微血管并发症,已成为威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一。多项研究表明DKD与中医体质有着紧密的联系。笔者基于DKD中医病因病机探讨了中医易感体质与DKD发生发展的关系,对DKD中医体质特征、证候学、客观化指标及体质临床应用等研究内容进行综述,以期为DKD防治提供一定的参考价值。
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD) is a common and serious chronic microvascular complication of diabetes, which has become one of the major diseases threatening human health. Many studies have shown that DKD is closely related to the Chinese medicine constitution. Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of DKD in Chinese medicine, this paper discusses the relationship between susceptible constitution in Chinese medicine and the occurrence and development of DKD, and summarizes the research contents of DKD in Chinese medicine constitution characteristics, syndromes, objective indicators and clinical application of the constitution, to provide some reference for the prevention and treatment of DKD.
