我国农药残留快速检测技术研究进展及其发展趋势 被引量:12

摘要 农产品中农药残留超标问题一直备受关注,建立有效的农药残留检测技术是保障农产品安全的重要抓手。但是,目前我国农业生产经营分散、小、乱的特点突出,难以全部采用昂贵、沉重的大型色谱仪器对农产品污染实施全程监测。因此,发展简单、快速、高通量的农药残留分析方法对我国农产品质量安全监管与生产过程控制具有十分重要的意义。本文重点介绍了光谱法、酶抑制法和免疫分析法等我国主要的农药残留快速检测技术的发展现状,探讨快速检测技术今后的发展趋势,以期为农药快检技术的快速发展提供参考。 The issue of excessive pesticide residues in agricultural products has always attracted attention.Establishing an effective pesticide residue detection technology is a pivotal part to ensure the safety of agricultural products.However,the characteristics of agricultural production and operation are scattered,small and chaotic in China.Therefore,it is significant for the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products and production process control in China to develop simple,fast and high-throughput pesticide residue analysis methods.This paper focused on introducing the development status of rapid detection technology of pesticide residues such as spectrometry method,enzyme inhibition method,immunoassay method in China,and discussing the future development trend of rapid detection technology,in order to provide reference for its development.
