基于开关谐振支路的电压自平衡型ISOP直流变压器 被引量:6

摘要 对于采用输入串联输出并联(ISOP)的直流变压器,输入侧电压平衡控制是必要且复杂的设计。基于双有源桥式模块,提出了一种改进的输入电压自平衡型直流变压器拓扑。通过在模块间增加开关谐振支路,该拓扑在不增加开关器件数量的前提下实现了输入侧电压自平衡。通过对开关谐振支路的电流应力分析,发现该支路不会产生额外的开关损耗,也不会影响各模块工作原理。与传统均压控制解耦算法的对比表明,所提拓扑的电压自平衡特性避免了由于建模精度不足所带来的系统稳定性风险。文中给出了该直流变压器电压控制设计,并在不改变谐振支路工作状态的前提下,给出了故障模块切除和恢复的控制方案。仿真和实验验证了该拓扑的功能和特点。 For the input-series output-parallel(ISOP)DC transformer,the input voltage balance control is an essential but complex design.An improved input-side voltage self-balancing topology of the DC transformer is proposed based on dual active bridge modules.By integrating the switched resonant branches between the neighboring modules,the topology achieves the input-side voltage self-balance without extra switching devices.By analyzing the current stress of the switched resonant branches,it is found that the branches will not generate additional switching losses,nor will they affect the working principle of each module.Compared with the conventional decoupling algorithm of voltage-sharing control,the voltage self-balancing characteristic of the proposed topology avoids the system stability risk caused by insufficient modeling accuracy.In this paper,the voltage control design of the DC transformer is given,and the control scheme for the removal and recovery of the faulty module is given without changing the working state of the resonant branch.The functions and characteristics of the topology are verified by simulation and experiments.
