摘要
镁合金因其优异的物理和机械性能,在诸多领域都具有广阔的应用前景。但是镁合金的标准电位低,化学活性高,在腐蚀介质中容易腐蚀,极大地限制了其进一步应用。如何提高镁合金的耐腐蚀性能一直是国内外学者研究的重点。在镁合金表面添加缓蚀剂是提高镁合金耐蚀性的有效策略。在众多缓蚀剂中,离子液体(Ionic liquids,ILs)因其挥发性低、热稳定性好和结构可调性等优点,已经成为一类重要的绿色、环境友好型缓蚀剂。为此,我们合成了两种咪唑类双阳离子液体C_(6)(m_(2)im)_(2)-I和C_(6)(m_(2)im)_(2)-PF 6,并研究了它们在0.5%NaCl溶液中对AZ31B镁合金的腐蚀防护作用。研究结果表明,这两种离子液体缓蚀剂均属于阴极型缓蚀剂。随着缓蚀剂浓度的增加,缓蚀效率均呈现出先升高后降低的趋势。当缓蚀剂浓度分别为0.5和0.3 mmol·L–1时,C_(6)(m_(2)im)_(2)-I和C_(6)(m_(2)im)_(2)-PF 6的最佳缓蚀效率分别为84.19%和89.67%。与C_(6)(m_(2)im)_(2)-I相比,C_(6)(m_(2)im)_(2)-PF 6能够对AZ31B镁合金提供更好的腐蚀防护效果。
Magnesium(Mg)alloys have broad application prospects in many fields,due to their excellent physical and mechanical properties.However,low standard potential and high chemical activity of Mg alloys make them to be easily corroded in corrosive media,which greatly limits their further applications.Therefore,how to improve the corrosion resistance of Mg alloys has been the research focus of domestic and foreign scholars.Adding corrosion inhibitors on the Mg alloy surface is an effective strategy to improve the corrosion resistance of the Mg alloy.Among various corrosion inhibitors,Ionic liquids(ILs)have become an important green and environmentally friendly inhibitor because of their low volatility,good thermal stability and structural tunability.Herein,we in this work synthesized two imidazolium based dicationic ionic liquids C_(6)(m_(2)im)_(2)-I and C_(6)(m_(2)im)_(2)-PF 6,and explored their corrosion protection effect on the AZ31B Mg alloy in 0.5%NaCl solution.Study results show that the two ILs inhibitors can be defined only as cathodic type corrosion inhibitors.With the increase of the concentration of corrosion inhibitor,the corrosion inhibition efficiency presents a first increasing and then decreasing trend.When the concentration of corrosion inhibitors are 0.5 and 0.3 mmol·L–1,the optimal corrosion inhibition efficiencies of C_(6)(m_(2)im)_(2)-I and C_(6)(m_(2)im)_(2)-PF 6 are 84.19%and 89.67%,respectively.Apparently,C_(6)(m_(2)im)_(2)-PF 6 can provide better corrosion protection effect on AZ31B Mg alloy than C_(6)(m_(2)im)_(2)-I.
