摘要
紫芝(GanodermaSinense)多糖是紫芝抗肿瘤的主要成分.不同浓缩方法对多糖提取率及结构有较大影响,以超滤法浓缩为最佳.三氯乙酸法除蛋白比常用的Sevage法效果更好.利用DEAE纤维素离子交换层析和SephadexG-100凝胶层析对粗多糖分离纯化得到5种不同的多糖组分PW1,PW2,PJ,PW3,PS,并对各组分的组成、分子量和溶解性进行了测定.
The polysaccharides of Ganoderma Sinense is the essential component against cancer. Different concentration techniques will have great effects on extracting polysaccharides. The hyperfiltration technique would be the best choice to concentrate the polysaccharides from liquid so as to avoid the polysaccharides being damaged. Servage Method is the most frequentlyused and traditional method, however, at present TCA(trichloroacetic acid)Method has been proved more effectively. The column chromatography is used to obtain 5 different purified polysaccharides, PW1, PW2, PJ, PW3 and PS. Their constituents of which are ascertained by TLC(thinlayer chromatography) technique. The molecular weights and dissolvability have also been determined.
