摘要
急性甲醇中毒单发案较少见,本例急性甲醇中毒死亡案的死者以突发双眼视力障碍为主要临床表现,发生急性昏迷、死亡,尸体检验无损伤及组织病理学改变,确定其死因的重要手段是法医毒物检验;而及早诊断并有效地抢救治疗,对避免医疗纠纷很重要。
Single case of acute methanol poisoning is rare,and in this case of death from acute methanol poison⁃ing,the main clinical manifestations of the deceased were sudden binocular visual impairment,acute coma and death,and there were no injuries or histopathological changes in autopsy.The important means to determine the cause of death was forensic toxicology examination.Early diagnosis and effective rescue treatment is very important to avoid medical disputes.
