摘要
研究采用景德镇常用青白瓷坯釉料试样,于电炉中在加碳还原气氛下进行不同烧成温度实验,对实验样品进行了分光光度计、超景深显微镜、差热分析、X射线衍射和X射线荧光法等测试,分析了不同烧成温度下样品的釉色、显微结构、物相结构和化学组成等变化。实验表明,在1240℃下釉色釉质达到最佳,但随着烧成温度的升高,釉中化学元素产生了不同程度的迁移和逸散,得到了不同效果的釉色。研究结果表明,瓷釉成分组成,随着烧成温度有明显变化,可还原得到不同的配方组成。研究结果对于确定不同釉色的烧成温度,以及以古瓷标本还原其釉的原始配方,具有实际的指导和借鉴意义。
In this study,the glaze samples of common celadon white porcelain in Jingdezhen were used to carry out experiments at different firing temperatures in an electric furnace under carbon reduction atmosphere.The experimental samples were tested by spectrophotometer,ultra depth of field microscope,differential thermal analysis,X-ray diffraction and X-ray fluorescence to investigated the changes in glaze color,microstructure phase structure and chemical composition.The results show that the glaze color and enamel reach the best at 1240℃,but with the increase of firing temperature,the chemical elements in the glaze migrate and escape in varying degrees,and different glaze colors are obtained.The results indicate that the composition of glaze can be reduced to different formula composition with the obvious change of firing temperature.The results of this study have practical guiding and reference significance for determining the firing temperature of different glaze colors and restoring the original glaze formula with ancient porcelain specimens.
