摘要
切削液在金属切削过程中起着润滑,防锈,清洗及冷却等作用。切削液的使用环境一般为开放体系,在使用过程中时刻面临着环境中微生物(主要是细菌和霉菌)的攻击,微生物在切削液不断繁殖,最终会导致切削液腐败变质,产生恶臭,不得不更换。杀灭切削液中微生物的方法一般有机械法,物理法和化学法。相比于机械法和/或物理法,在切削液中加入杀菌剂来抑制微生物繁殖的化学法更加简单和高效。为此,就金属切削液杀菌剂的种类及性能,使用方法,危害及防护等进行了综述。切削液杀菌剂应具有广谱性,稳定性和低毒性。
Metal removal fluids played the role of lubrication,rust prevention,cleaning and cooling in the process of metal cutting.The use environment of the removal fluids was generally an open system.In the process of use,it was always attacked by microorganisms(mainly bacteria and molds)in the environment.Microorganisms continued to breed in the removal fluids,which would eventually lead to the corruption and deterioration of the removal fluids,and it would produce malodor and had to be replaced.There were generally mechanical,physical and chemical methods to kill microorganisms in removal fluids.Compared with the mechanical method and/or the physical method,the chemical method of adding a bactericide to the removal fluids to inhibit the propagation of microorganisms was simpler and more efficient.Therefore,the types,performances,application methods,hazards and protection of metal removal fluids bactericides were reviewed.The removal fluids bactericide should have broad spectrum,stability and low toxicity.
