食盐粒度对碘添加稳定性影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文主要的研究对象为普通加碘精制盐、颗粒度均匀的加碘精制盐产品,且该研究对象中使用的碘强化剂为碘酸钾。在同一碘剂添加工艺条件下,同批产品经人工筛分后,对不同粒度范围的产品用直接滴定法测定其碘含量,通过不同粒度碘含量分布情况来观察粒度对产品中碘含量的影响,以期通过分析食盐粒度中碘含量和不同粒度的产品之间的关系找到食盐碘添加不稳定的原因,为提高产品碘剂添加稳定性提供实验依据。 The main research object of this paper is ordinary iodized refined salt and iodized refined salt with uniform particle size,and the iodine fortifier used in this research object is potassium iodate.Iodine added in the same process conditions,the same batch of product after artificial screening,with different particle size range of products using direct titration method to determine the content of iodine,iodine in different particle size distribution to observe the effects of particle size of iodine content in the product,in order to through the analysis of iodine in table salt particle size and different particle size of product to find the relationship between salt iodine added instability,the relationship between It provides experimental basis for improving the stability of iodine.
